I have a ridiculous amount of extra charges from thrifty car rental. Apparently dollar rent a car has merged and combined with thrifty. Thrifty tells me they want to charge me a refueling fee. Thrifty tell's me that if I don't show them a gas receipt from a gas station within 6 miles of the thrifty rental car place, they will charge me a giant fee.
